Moltens were the official basketball ball in Tokyo Olympic Games 1964, Los Angeles 1984, Seoul 1988, Barcelona 1992, Atlanta 1996 and Sydney 2000, and also nowadays is the official ball game in the FIBA and Euroleague events.
This new ball designs was performed for the first time in the Euroleague starting match of season 2004-05, Zalgiris Kaunas 75 - Maccabi Tel Aviv 102.
